My First Week

On Saturday, Adelaide turned one...one week old, that is. And isn't she cute?

Her parents sure think so. She's the most beautiful thing we've ever seen and has already brought so much happiness to our lives.

In honor of her birthday, we celebrated with itty bitty little petite fours. Here's Addy trying to grab one for herself.

Addy had a lot of firsts this past week. She spent a lot more time hanging out with Uncle Sean....

And got to meet Uncle Chad for the first time.

She rode in her swing for the first time and seemed to love it. She moves her arms and hands around almost as if she's conducting the music that plays along with the swing.

And she had her first "tummy time." Have you seen anything cuter? (Again, her parents are writing this, so no matter what anyone else thinks, she's positively the cutest thing in our eyes).

Indy is becoming more and more used to having Addy in our lives. She regularly checks in on her to make sure she's okay. It's a little more difficult to do when Addy's in the swing - Indy's gotten hit in the nose a few times but still just wants to give Addy a little kiss on the cheek.

All in all, it's been a great week. And we promise to post again soon.
